About the Mentor Program
Thank you for becoming a Mentor of the virtual HR Leadership Experience (vHRLX)! The goal of vHRLX mentoring is to provide another avenue for up-and-coming HR leaders to connect with seasoned HR leaders in the community, with the focus of building their professional networks and growing their leadership skills.
From experience you know that the time that you invest with your mentee will also benefit you in numerous ways, including expanding your network, gaining valuable outside perspectives, and reflecting on your own success and career. Through mentoring in the vHRLX, you are helping to build a strong pipeline of innovative, future-ready HR leaders nationwide and we greatly value your contribution.
Thank you in advance for meeting with your mentee three times (about an hour each meeting) over the six month period.

Please complete the form below. The information and insights you share will help ensure a successful mentor-mentee match. We will compile a mentor profile booklet for the mentees so that they may choose a mentor who best matches their career path, goals, and interests.
NOTE: Within the vHRLX it is understood by all that the mentoring relationship that occurs will be a benefit to the HR community as a whole. It is agreed that neither mentors nor participants shall, directly or indirectly, solicit for employment or any independent contractor relationship from anyone in the program.
